Spa Etiquette & Policies
For leisurely enjoyment of your treatment, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This time allows for check-in, a brief form for new clients, and unwinding in our relaxing atmosphere. As a courtesy to others, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn’t inconvenienced. The full treatment fee will be due.
Appointments
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance, or better yet, get on a regular schedule.
Our highly skilled therapists rely on a busy schedule for a gratifying career. We graciously request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment fee. If your vacated time can be filled, no charges will be made. We prefer to have another guest take your place than to charge you for a cancellation. Forgotten appointments are charged; we do not have the opportunity to fill your vacated time.
Spa Hours
We are open Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Other appointments are available upon request.
Spa Wear
Guests receiving a single treatment will undress in the privacy of their designated treatment room. Guests receiving multiple treatments will be offered a spa robe and slippers.
Cell Phones
Your time at Z - Spa is for renewal and relaxation. As a courtesy to yourself and other guests, we respectfully request that you silence your cell phone upon entering the spa.
Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note that no massage can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time.
At the end of your visit…
We accept cash, Mastercard, and Visa. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. They are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in any treatments or gift cards and are always appreciated.
It is customary to provide your therapist or aesthetician with a 15 to 20 percent gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. Gratuity can be added to your credit card or left in cash.
