Traditional Swedish massage uses light to moderate pressure and a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure against deeper muscles and bones. Warm stones are placed in your hands and a cooling eye mask is added for optimum relaxation. You may add your choice of Aromatherapy Oil to customize your own unique massage experience.

This therapeutic massage works to relax deeper layers of muscles. Firm to deep pressure is used to promote relief in specified areas and ease pain and tightness.

"Z" Spa Sugar or Salt Scrub
Fine grains are used in conjunction with the hands of our skilled staff for gentle exfoliation. Step into the river stone shower, adding an additional massage to your feet. Finally lay down for a light massage with a matching lotion to give your skin the moisture it needs while rubbing your stresses away.
Choose sugar for mild exfoliation or salt for more. Either offers a variety of fragrance choices found in our Aromatherapy bar.
